Meet Barbara Lang

About Trustee Lang

Barbara has lived in Monclova Township since 1994. She has had the pleasure of living in a more rural neighborhood of Monclova on Albon Road, and recently returned to subdivision living and resides at Brandywine.

Much like the township itself, she has experienced both the subdivision and the rural setting in Monclova. This unique perspective is useful when listening to the community and understanding its needs.

Team Work

Barbara was elected to the Ohio Township Board of Directors
She is a graduate of The Ohio State Leadership Academy and the Leadership Academy 2.0
President of the Monclova-Maumee-Toledo Joint Economic Development Zone and has worked with the Lucas County Township Association to strengthen and improve efficiencies in Monclova Township’s government.
She is National Incident Management System (NIMS) certified
Throughout her tenure she has championed projects that developed Monclova Township’s parkland, improved road safety, and strengthened fire and safety services
